Shipping

All orders over $35 ship free within the U.S. via USPS — and every meter kit qualifies. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday. International orders ship via USPS or DHL.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns require prior approval. Email care@bestketonetest.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Do not ship anything back until you've received your return code.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and some health and personal care items.

Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are applied to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after a reasonable period, check with your bank or credit card company — processing times vary. If you still need help, email care@bestketonetest.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Email care@bestketonetest.com to arrange an exchange.

Warranty

Best Ketone Test offers a limited lifetime warranty on the BKT Ketone Glucose Blood Test Meter TD-4279. If your meter is defective, we'll replace it for free. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only.

If BKT determines the product was damaged through misuse or used outside its specifications, the warranty may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by state.
