Saver Bundle Test Strips

Everything you need to do keto the way that actually works — by the numbers.

Doing keto well isn't about guessing. It's about knowing. This bundle gives you both glucose and ketone strips together, so you can see both sides of what's happening in your body — and watch how they move in relation to each other.

That's the part most people miss. Your ketone reading tells you one thing. Your glucose tells you another. Put them together and you get your ratio — GKI Ratio, the Dr. Boz Ratio, whichever you follow — the single number that shows you how deep into fat-burning you really are. One reading is a snapshot. Both together is the whole picture.

$AVE when you get both strips together — the only way to see your full metabolic picture.

Testing is how you listen to your body — and that feedback is worth showing up for. Each reading tells you something: how that meal landed, whether the fast is working, where your numbers are headed. The strips come in an easy-open vial, so it's a quick, welcome part of your day — flip the cap, grab a strip, test, done. Glucose results in 5 seconds, ketones in 10.

* HSA/FSA cards accepted.
* International shipping available.

Works with your meter
Compatible with U-Right, iCARE, SUGARCHEK, Keto-Mojo, and ForaCare branded TD-4279 meters. Not compatible with the GK+ meter. Not sure which one you have? Most TD-4279 meters say so right on the front or back.

WHY TEST GLUCOSE & KETONES TOGETHER

Ketones tell part of the story. Glucose tells another. The GKI (Glucose Ketone Index) tells the whole story - and it's the number that matters most for understanding metabolic health.

WHAT IS GKI?

The Glucose Ketone Index is a single number that shows the relationship between glucose and ketone levels. It's calculated by dividing glucose by ketones - and the result reveals how deep into ketosis the body actually is. Ketone levels alone can be misleading. Someone with high ketones but high glucose isn't in the same metabolic state as someone with high ketones and low glucose. GKI captures what neither number shows on its own.

WHY GKI MATTERS:

More accurate than ketones alone. A true measure of metabolic state. Used by researchers, doctors, and serious keto practitioners. The difference between "I think I'm in ketosis" and "I know exactly where I stand."

GKI RANGES:

Above 9: Not in ketosis
6 - 9: Low level ketosis
3 - 6: Moderate ketosis (typical target for weight loss and metabolic health)
Below 3: Deep ketosis (therapeutic range, often used for specific health protocols)

The lower the GKI, the deeper the state of ketosis.

HOW TO CALCULATE GKI:

Divide your glucose reading (in mmol/L) by your ketone reading. If your meter displays glucose in mg/dL, divide by 18 first to convert. Example: Glucose of 90 mg/dL (5.0 mmol/L) with ketones of 1.5 mmol/L = GKI of 3.3

WHY YOU NEED BOTH:

Ketone Testing Shows:
Whether the body is burning fat for fuel. How different foods affect ketosis. Depth of fat-burning during fasting. Real-time confirmation that keto is working.

Glucose Testing Shows:
How food, stress, and activity affect blood sugar. Hidden carbs in "safe" foods. Individual response to specific meals. Data to help you and your doctor monitor diabetes control.

Together They Show:
True metabolic state via GKI. The complete picture of how the body is responding. Whether dietary changes are actually working. Precise data for optimizing health - not just guessing.

WHO TRACKS GKI:

Keto Dieters
GKI provides a more accurate measure of ketosis than ketones alone. It shows whether the diet is truly working and helps fine-tune food choices for better results.

People Monitoring Metabolic Health
Glucose and ketones are both key metabolic markers. Tracking them together provides a fuller picture to share with healthcare providers.

Extended Fasters
GKI tracks the depth of fasting states more accurately than ketones alone. Many fasters use GKI to monitor progress and determine when they've reached target levels.

Anyone Serious About Results
If testing matters enough to do it, it matters enough to do it right. Half the data gives half the picture. GKI shows what's really happening.

SAVE WHEN YOU BUY BOTH:

This bundle includes everything needed to test both glucose and ketones and track GKI. Buying together costs less than purchasing strips separately - and ensures you never run low on one while stocked up on the other.

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Your body is talking - start listening to the whole conversation. Ketones alone don't tell the full story. Glucose alone doesn't either. GKI brings them together into a single number that shows exactly where you stand.

Everything you need to know

These are compatible test strips for both the original Keto-Mojo TD-4279 meter and the BKT TD-4279 meter. Make sure your meter matches the image below. BKT TD-4279 compatible meter
BKT blood ketone strips measure beta-hydroxybutyrate (BHB) directly in your blood, which is the most accurate and reliable way to track ketosis. Urine strips measure acetoacetate, a byproduct that becomes less detectable as your body adapts to ketosis — so they get less useful over time. Breath analyzers measure acetone and can vary with hydration and breathing patterns. For precise, real-time ketone levels, blood testing with BKT strips is the gold standard.
No. Each BKT test strip is single-use and should be discarded after testing.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep strips in the original vial with the cap tightly closed. Do not use strips past the expiration date printed on the vial.
BKT glucose test strips are FSA/HSA eligible. BKT ketone test strips may also be eligible depending on your plan — check with your FSA/HSA provider.
Each BKT test strip requires just 1.0 µL — a tiny drop from a quick fingertip prick.

Ketone strips

Very pleased with the ketone strips. However I got the individual True Draw for single patient with NO lancets. I would of expected to at least get one to be able to use the gadget

Good deal

Just a minor suggestion: please use a different colour packaging for glucose/ketone strips.

Extras on hand to test as needed

The packaging of strips (50/container x 2 containers each) is perfect for allowing one to use “Just In Time” ordering to assure strips are always available. Having plenty of test strips available helps to keep my progress moving forward. I am using the strips now to help encourage fasting. Sure would hate to elevate my fasted GKI for a morsel of food. Thank you for the quick delivery and excellent service.
