Vicki Berg Don't know yet how I like it. Just getting used to it. My one thing would be that you need to update your how-to videos. They were bad. the pieces weren't explained on how to use them. Example: the lance - I didn't know how to work it. I didn't know to push the little button. I push it hard thinking pressure released the needle, I pushed the backend of it, I tried everything. Who would have thought to push the little bubble. You should have talked about the different levels of penetration. That was all guess work. Even in your manual. Things didn't match the reality of what to do. If someone is looking at a how-to video they really don't know the first thing about it.

your kits look great, but usually don\'t have enough of either blood glucose test strips or lancets, which means the kit would only work for at most 10 days before one of these items was finished? Is there a supply problem, and what is the best way to order so that I only need to order every few months?
You can add anything you’d like onto your kit to avoid ordering every few months. That is what we recommend. You can order extra strips and lancets on the Strips page. It will save you a lot of money in shipping to order a lot of product a few times a year.
