 A dish with a touch of sun-dried tomatoes and some spinach is a delight for those who love creamy chicken. The recipe ensures that your carbs are in control:

 

Ingredients of Keto Creamy Tuscan Chicken:

 

  1. Heavy Cream

Heavier cream (also known as heavy whipping cream) contains a higher fat percentage (36-40%) of raw milk fat. In raw dairy products, milk separates from cream naturally.

 

Keto heavy whipping cream has a high fat content, thus you can heat it without coagulating it at high temperatures.

 

The low-carb and high-fat content of heavy cream makes it ideal for keto dieters. Also, it could be used to prepare all keto recipes, keto desserts, and keto baking recipes. For a creamy, flavorful taste, we will use heavy cream in this recipe.

 

  1. Chicken

 

Our recipe calls for chicken breast fillets that have been seasoned in garlic powder and paprika to add a lot more flavor to the chicken instead of using the usual salt and pepper blend. It’s up to you if you wish to add sweet paprika or smoky that is either too spicy or mild.

 

To prepare the Tuscan sauce, you don't need any expensive ingredients since you can find them easily in your kitchen.

 

 

Keto Creamy Tuscan Chicken Recipe

You’ll need:

  • 4 chicken breast fillet slices
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • ½ sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and add paprika, garlic powder, and salt to marinate it.
  2. Take a skillet and add butter. Melt the butter on a low medium heat.
  3. Once the butter has been melted, add the marinated chicken breasts and sear the chicken on each side for 5 minutes.
  4. Set the chicken aside on a plate once done. To prepare the sauce, add heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic powder to the same pan. Stir the sauce well and let it simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce gets thick on low-medium heat.
  5. Add the chopped spinach to the sauce and stir well. Let it cook on low medium flame one until the spinach has wilted and the sauce thickens.
  6. The cooked chicken should now be added to the sauce and well mixed.

 

The Keto Creamy Tuscan chicken is ready to be served for dinner. You can serve it with garlic bread or french fries as a sideline. A pasta dish with a touch of creamy Tuscan chicken is an easy way to get the flavor of Tuscany into your meal.

Don’t use milk as a substitute for heavy cream
